Terms of Use

1. Independent Practice Platform

PenPTE is an independent PTE Academic preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Pearson PLC. PTE Academic is a trademark of Pearson. PenPTE does not administer official PTE Academic tests.

2. Estimated Scores — Important Disclaimer

All scores shown on PenPTE are estimated practice scores only. They are generated through automated analysis and are intended to guide your preparation. They are not official PTE Academic scores and have no standing with Pearson or any institution, visa authority, or admissions body.

PenPTE uses automated analysis methods to generate feedback estimates. These methods are estimates and may not perfectly reflect how Pearson scores a live exam. Speaking pronunciation estimates, in particular, are derived from automated analysis and should be treated as directional guidance only.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

PenPTE does not guarantee any exam result, score improvement, visa outcome, immigration outcome, admission decision, or employment outcome. Practice results on PenPTE are not predictive of official PTE Academic performance.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify PenPTE support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created using false information may be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass payment access controls or use another person's subscription.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit question content from PenPTE.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping to extract content or data.
• Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Engage in any activity that would harm other users or the platform.
• Use PenPTE for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

PenPTE currently operates on a manual payment model. Access is granted after payment proof is submitted and manually verified by PenPTE. Verification typically occurs within 24 hours. PenPTE will never ask for your Easypaisa PIN, OTP, or sensitive payment credentials.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew under the current manual payment model. You must make a new manual payment to continue access after your subscription period ends.

7. Automated Analysis and Future AI Services

PenPTE's scoring is currently provided through automated analysis built into the platform. We plan to integrate third-party AI services for more accurate feedback in a future update. When that occurs, your practice answers (written text or speaking recordings) may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. The Privacy Policy will be updated to identify specific providers before any such integration is activated. You should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in your practice responses.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, practice questions, scoring rubrics, design, and software are the intellectual property of PenPTE or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use PenPTE for your own preparation. No other rights are granted. You must not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from platform content without explicit written permission.

9. Service Availability

PenPTE aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. PenPTE is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Suspension and Termination

PenPTE may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or misuse support or payment processes. Where practical, we will provide notice before taking such action. Decisions may be appealed by contacting support.

11. Limitations on Liability

PenPTE provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PenPTE disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PenPTE's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to PenPTE in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms and Service

PenPTE may update these Terms as the platform develops. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of PenPTE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practical.

13. Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms has not yet been formally specified. This clause will be updated as PenPTE finalises its legal framework. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
