PenPTE is an online educational platform owned and operated by Naqshh Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan.

PenPTE provides practice questions, full mock tests, automated scoring feedback, and study progress tracking for students preparing for the PTE Academic exam.

2. Independent Preparation Platform Disclaimer

PenPTE is an independent practice service. PenPTE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pearson PLC. PTE Academic is a registered trademark of Pearson PLC.

PenPTE does not administer official PTE Academic exams, issue official score reports, or schedule official test appointments.

3. Automated Analysis and Score Estimates

All numerical scores, skill breakdowns, and performance analytics shown on PenPTE are estimated practice scores. They are generated through automated analysis scoring models to assist your exam preparation.

PenPTE score estimates are non-official and carry no official standing with Pearson, university admissions departments, immigration authorities, or professional registration boards. PenPTE does not guarantee specific score results on official exams.

4. Account Registration and Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account on PenPTE. Users aged 16 or 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register and use the service.

You must provide accurate account information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities conducted through your account.

Accounts are intended for individual use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Safepay Payments

Paid features, practice question access, and full mock test packages are available through online purchase on our website. Payments are processed securely via Safepay using debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallet channels.

All prices are stated on our pricing page. Digital entitlements and mock test credits are activated upon confirmed payment processing.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using PenPTE, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, record, or distribute PenPTE practice questions, mock content, or scoring criteria.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify platform software or scoring systems.
• Bypass subscription access controls or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or crawler tools on the platform.
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct toward the service or other users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on PenPTE, including software code, UI design, mock test questions, audio prompts, feedback text, and branding, is the property of Naqshh Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited or its content licensors. Active users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access practice materials for personal exam preparation.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational access. Maintenance updates, server upgrades, or external infrastructure outages may cause temporary service interruptions. We reserve the right to update question banks, platform features, and scoring algorithms to maintain quality.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access without refund if a user engages in fraudulent payment activity, breaches our acceptable use rules, or attempts unauthorized access to system resources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PenPTE and Naqshh Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or exam score outcomes. Total liability for any claim related to PenPTE services is limited to the actual amount paid by the user to PenPTE during the preceding twelve months.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes or claims arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
